All AI model execution and data storage occur solely on your device. No information is transmitted to external servers.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you generate. The application is provided "as is" for private use.

3. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, though the offline nature makes it robust.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use WhisperLov@, or comply with your local age laws.

Zero Data Collection — WhisperLov@ does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All conversations, settings, and generated content remain exclusively on your device using browser storage (IndexedDB).

No Tracking

We do not use analytics, cookies, or third-party tracking. The application never contacts any external API.

Local First

Your messages, character configurations, and memories are never uploaded. You retain full control; clearing browser data removes all traces.

Open Source Transparency

The core engine runs entirely client-side. You can inspect network activity — no requests leave your device except for initial model download (served via static CDN).

WhisperLov@ is designed to be fully GDPR-compliant because no personal data is ever processed outside your device.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data. Since all data is stored locally, you can exercise these rights at any time by clearing your browser's site data or using the in-app reset functions.

The developer does not act as a data controller because no data is collected or transferred. The application is strictly local.
